NOVOTEL NHA TRANG APPOINTS NEW GENERAL MANAGER

In October 2021, Novotel Nha Trang appointed Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Phuong as the new General Manager of the hotel.

Ms. Thuy Phuong will oversee all operations of Novotel Nha Trang, including operational planning, financial management, and day-to-day activities of the hotel.

With a high level of expertise, holding an MBA in Hotel Management, Tourism, and Human Resources from Switzerland, she has also completed the Accor group’s hotel general management training programs. She has experience in the hotel and restaurant industry in general, with nearly 14 years of experience working at Novotel Nha Trang in various key positions: Assistant Director, Restaurant Manager, Front Office Manager, Rooms Division Manager, Operations Manager, and Deputy General Manager. In addition to her professional role in various departments, Ms. Thuy Phuong also serves as the Chairman of the Labor Union, with outstanding achievements in protecting and improving the rights and welfare of employees.

She always accompanies the hotel staff as a whole.

As a competent hotel manager with international standards, extensive management experience, and the ability to connect employees towards development and efficiency at Novotel Nha Trang, she is also a humble, approachable, and open-minded woman. The investors have placed their trust in Ms. Thuy Phuong to steer the Novotel Nha Trang ship steadily.
