Nguyen Thi Thuy Phuong has been appointed as General Manager of Novotel Nha Trang in Vietnam, the only international 4-star hotel in Nha Trang. Mrs. Phuong is accountable for daily operation and the financial performance of the hotel.

With a high level of expertise, she graduated with an MBA in hospitality, tourism, and HR management in Switzerland, additionally, she also completed training programs for general hotel management of Accor Group. She has long experience in the hospitality industry and has nearly 14 years of experience working at Novotel Nha Trang in many important positions: Executive Assistant Manager, Operations Manager, Room Division Manager, Front Office Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, Personal Assistant to General Manager.
