Novotel Nha Trang - Family & Business trip hotel - Novotel responses the Planet 21 Day with various activties

As a part of AccorHotels, Novotel Nha Trang responsed the Planet 21 Day with various activities regarding Food & Beverage theme. The event took place between 21 and 28 April 32017.

The hotel presented a very special version of Kid Can Cook for the handicapped children of Khanh Hoa. The nine children were taught to make pizza with organic ingredients. On the side, the hotel’s chef introduced the advantage of using organic food to the children and teachers that support the event.

A charity bazzar was held on 22 April which selling unwanted things from hotel’s guests. After the bazaar, Novotel Nha Trang collected VND 11,725,000 from the sale and this profit will be donated to the Smile Group, the organization created to help the children affected by HIV/AIDS in Vietnam.

The longest activity set in The Square restaurant featuring an organic food counter in its daily buffets. Novotel executive chef presented the hotel’s promise to reduce 30% of food waste and encourage his guests to step in the commitment. The organic buffet will last until 28 April 2017.
